  • How long does it take for my order to be ready?
    Just Cushions turn around time for all orders is normally 2-4 working business days. Delivery (within Melbourne) Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch either one of our drivers or a third party courier company will deliver your order to you within 2-4 hours. Interstate (including Victoria country addresses) Interstate orders can take between 2-5 working business days to arrive, however this can extend to 7 business days depending on the freight company's demands at the time of booking.
  • How do I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
    We will confirm with when your order is ready to be picked up from our Boronia factory, via email or phone call.
  • If I have my order delivered to my address and no one is there, and I have authorised it to be safe to leave, will the cushions be okay out in the weather?
    If you have authorised to leave your cushions in a safe place (e.g back gate, front door, under porch) we recommend making sure the safe place to leave your goods is undercover and out of direct weather. Please keep in mind once your order is delivered to your address by our courier company or ourselves, the order is no longer our responsibility. (Including damage to the bag, cushions or theft.)
  • What is the difference between cover size and finish size?
    When taking measurements for your new insert, we need to know where you got these measurements from, and what allowances we need to add to the sizes provided. Cover size: The measurements of an existing cover or of measurements the new cover will finish at. Finish size: The exact size you want the cushion to finish at.
  • Do you have a showroom?
    YES, we do! Anyone is welcome to come and see our products and our showroom. Our showroom is located in our Boronia factory, via appointment only.
  • I don't know what cushion I am after?
    If you are unsure of what cushion you need, or what would best suit your couch or space, please contact us info@justcushionsvic.com.au. Alternatively if you live in Melbourne please come see us in person by appointment only, and we can discuss and guide you or your client on what cushion insert we recommend.
  • Can I see your range?
    You can see our cushion range in our showroom or on our instagram account where we have posted images of products we have made for our clients @justcushionsvic.

  • What information do you require when placing an order for inserts?
    Information we require to place your order are as follows: Contact details: Name, email, phone, company name OR retail and address. What service are you after? Cushion insert, material or cushion cover and insert? Quantity ? Insert: Seat, back, scatter etc. (If you are requesting a seat OR back cushion in a wrap style cushion, please specify if you need a foam insert.) Type of cushion: (If you not sure what style of insert you are after, please check out our insert page). Fill type: What percentage and ratio do you require the filling to be? (Duck feather, fibre, foam, duck feather / duck down) Measurements: (Centimetres) Finish Size Cover size or Finish Size? Pick up or delivery: (If you are a new client please specify address for delivery)
  • What information do you require when placing an order for new covers to be made?
    Information we require for new covers are as follows: Quantity Whats the cover to be used for? ​ Measurements: (Centimetres) Cover Finish Size Fabric Type: Plain fabric or pattern match/strip Pipping: YES (Top Only or TOP & Bottom) or NO Pick up or delivery: (If you are a new client please specify address for delivery)
